Who is this for?

Committed candidates that meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible for supervision per BACB Experience Standards (This includes being enrolled in an approved ABA Masters or certification program)
  • Have obtained employment or placement in an ABA setting or access to a client that could benefit from ABA services with the appropriate consents
  • Consent from employer or on-site supervisor
  • Consent from client to be recorded and observed remotely by our BCBAs
  • Ability to complete 20-130 experience hours per month
  • You must have access to a computer with internet access, webcam, microphone and video recording device.

Observations/ Video Reviews

Free 30 minute Perfect Fit consultation: We will meet to discuss the overview of the supervision program, curriculum, requirements and customize your individual experience and determine if the program is a perfect fit. Review and sign the required supervision contract and schedule your first set of supervision meetings.
We will meet weekly at a designated time to discuss unique cases you are currently working on in your work setting. You'll learn how to implement task list items with your clients under the guidance of your supervisor. Meetings may also consist of terminology review, discussion and review of research articles, and concepts according to the current BACB Task List. Discussion, review, and feedback of assignments and video recorded sessions.
Candidate will provide video samples of work implementation. These videos will be reviewed at least once per month (in order to meet BACB requirements of 1 supervisor observations per month). We provide a HIPAA compliant system for uploading video observations for each of our trainees.

How much does it cost?

The pricing structure is simple. Our hourly rate for supervision is $75 per hour.

The BACB requires supervision equal to at least 5% of your fieldwork each month. For example, if you have 20 hours of fieldwork, you will need 1 hour of supervision So the cost would be $75.  Although there is no monthly contract, a 30 day notice is required before terminating supervision services.
